Bought tickets for the chocolate tour and bar making months early to go on Valentine's weekend but morning of my son was sick so we called right before and postponed a few weeks which they were cool with. My kids loved making the bars. The videos and educational parts were a bit too much for our two year old so we mostly spent the class wandering the gift shop. We bought a bunch of extra chocolate and it was all excellent. Would definitely recommend doing this experience.

Highly recommend! I scheduled a make-your-own bar lesson and tour for my students and they absolutely LOVED it! The facility is incredibly clean, the staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, and the chocolate was delicious. We will be making this a yearly field trip.
Came here for my daughter's birthday, after she tried some chocolates we brought her from a yelp event, she was craving some more. The kids got to learn about the chocolate making processes and sample different types of chocolate. We got to mold a "pizza pie" or chocolate bar with toppings of our choosing and we got to dip some pretzels in chocolate. As it cured with played bingo. Before we left, we had to purchase more chocolate. I got some chocolate covered cherries that were amazing. I love the chocolate here, it's so creamy. I highly recommend booking a chocolate crafting celebration here. The staff were super friendly and kept us entertained. We will be back!
I had a good time here at fascia's chocolates. The moment you walk in you can smell the chocolate goodness. We came here for a birthday and made our own chocolate bars and chocolate pizza. And also dipped some chocolate pretzels. We got a history class on the start of how fascias chocolates came to be. We also learned on how chocolate is grown and made and the different forms it takes on. We sampled milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate. It was all so good! Especially because I love chocolate! I would come back here and load up on some chocolate treats next time around. The service was great and everyone one was very welcoming.
My niece requested her birthday party be here. After tasting chocolates bought from here during the Yelp Elite event. I didn't stop hearing about how good the chocolate was.Kim(party planner)& her sidekick(forgot her name) were nice & helpful! Some of us made pizza chocolates(chocolate shaped like a pizza w/ candy toppings) & some made chocolate bars. The toppings for the pizza were sour gummies,gummy bears, or gummy worms. You got to choose any of the toppings you wanted.The toppings for the chocolate bars were fruity pebbles,roasted coconut flakes,rice crispies, or almonds. You got to choose any 3. I did the chocolate bar w/ rice crispies,roasted coconut,& almonds. We then dipped 3 giant pretzels in milk chocolate. As our chocolate treats(pretzels& pizza or bar)cooled off we watched videos about chocolate & played bingo. Kim's sidekick hosted bingo which was fun. If you won you got little milk chocolate balls. Kim explained the videos & was very informative.We also got to eat vanilla gelato w/ whipped cream & chocolate syrup,milk/dark/white chocolate pieces,& a milk chocolate covered caramel square. Then finally we got our chocolate treats!
Second time coming here and brought a friend. We got a large assortment of chocolate each. Which was about a 1lb and it was a lot. They were very attentive and patient with my selection.The Gelato we got was delicious. And much needed in the heat. I also got a gift of like 56 chocolates.
While you might be shocked at some of the prices I am here to say it is absolutely worth it. Fascia's chocolate is smooth, creamy, and delicious. It will melt in your mouth! I got a 1lb box of mixed chocolates and have loved every single one. It is a fun surprise to see which flavor I choose each time. Fascia's is a family owned business and you can see all the love that goes into it. As soon as you walk in the door you will smell the mouth watering scent of chocolate. Check their website for tons of fun events! They have make your own chocolate bar experiences, birthday parties, and even a wine and chocolate train ride that stops at their store!!!
I had seen Fascia's chocolate sold locally before and always wanted to check it out! I booked the chocolate experience for my adult family of 4 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! We learned so much during the presentation while sampling some delicious chocolate and made our own chocolate bars. Of course we had to buy more chocolate to take home from their store which was all very tasty and high quality. Definitely check out this unique local experience!
I have been hearing about this place since long time. I finally got a chance to try their chocolate experience recently, my family loved the chocolates and it was interesting to know about their history. They have a cute store with lot of chocolate offerings. They even have gelatos including vegan options, wow. They do birthday parties there, I am not sure about the details but it sure must be including some chocolate making experience. The place seems to be hidden gem in Connecticut and the quality of chocolates seems to be pretty good.
